We specialize in Maternal Mental Health and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder but also offer a full range of counseling services, including: individual and couples therapy, play therapy for children, counseling for teenagers and young adults, military family readjustment guidance, treatment for those recovering from eating disorders and victims of sexual, physical or emotional trauma.
Our therapists honor individual differences and draw on each client’s family and cultural strengths. Utilizing the most current interventions, shown empirically to be highly effective, our goal is to assist our clients to strive toward and reach their highest potential.

Job Description
Office Manager – Mental Health Practice
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
📍 Turnersville, NJ (on-site; some travel required)
💵 $18–28/hour depending on experience
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of our busy mental health practice. This person will be the go-to problem solver for both clients and staff, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The right candidate is honest, dependable, a strong communicator, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do — they take initiative and follow through.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Answer phones, schedule clients, and manage voicemails/faxes
Review intake paperwork, verify insurance benefits, and update client charts
Monitor billing issues, process claims, and assist with payroll
Manage administrative tasks like mail, office supplies, reports, and schedules
Coordinate with our admin team and ensure front office workflows are followed
Support monthly operations and help implement process improvements

$18–28/hour, depending on experience and fit
Full-time (40 hours/week), on-site position
Typical hours fall within standard business hours, with most shifts scheduled between 9am and 6pm

Qualifications
🔹 Who You Are
A self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems
Reliable and honest, with a strong sense of follow-through
Experienced in administrative or healthcare office work (2+ years preferred)
Comfortable with tech and able to learn systems quickly (bonus if familiar with MacOS, Valant or Waystar)
Friendly, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between our three office locations as needed
