Job Description

The Talent Intern will support the Talent (Human Resources) team with a focus on the recruiting & onboarding functions. 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Hasana, Inc.’s talent acquisition process with particular focus around candidate scheduling, collecting feedback, and keeping our employee database up to date
  • Maintain and organize internal data for the Talent team including position profiles, new hire authorizations, offer letters, org charts, policies and other information that touches candidates and employees
  • Partner with the team on organizing our year-round internship programs, with focus on screening, onboarding, and planning internship enrichment activities
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by creating & distributing materials and collecting necessary paperwork
  • Assist the overall Talent team with new projects and initiatives around culture, performance management
  • Perform other related duties as requested
  • General admin duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable reaching out to clients by phone and email
  • Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned

Qualifications

  • A passion for women’s economic opportunities
  • Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree
  • Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other groups as necessary both internally and externally
  • Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
  • Integrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player
