This is an unpaid Volunteer / Intern position.

Job Description

Prepare the Corporate prospects, ensuring an adequate supply of clarified and appropriate prospects are researched and pursued for partnership with Aparecio Foundation.

Build effective relationships with key volunteer contacts, including members Boards and other senior figures that have the potential to support the corporate fundraising effort at The Aparecio Foundation.

Implement the Fundraising team’s growing annual budget and plans, reflecting best practice in new business prospect identification.

Manage the work and personal development of the Fundraising team, to ensure they meet net income budgets and agreed cross organizational objectives.

Work closely with the Communications Specialist to ensure media and PR benefits from corporate partnerships are maximized.

Ensure all areas of the Fundraising team’s work comply with charity law, regulations and best practice particularly with regard to Corporate partnership contracts, processing of income and Data Protection.

Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups.

Confer with other managers to identify key groups and interests with corporate partners that can help business decisions at The Aparecio Foundation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required
