Job Description

We have a direct placement opportunity for a Digital Account Manager for our client in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients that include blue chip brands and ensuring great service and delivery of our search, social media and content offerings. Leveraging an ability to foster and grow relationships both within company and with our clients will be a core success driver in meeting the client’s objectives.

The digital account manager will also lead, plan and execute on all areas of client engagements, developing an in-depth understanding of the client’s industry and target customer that will enable you to provide great insights to keep our clients ahead of their competitors.

The day-to-day tasks will include ensuring completion of pre-ordained deliverables to the clients, ad-hoc business development support and promoting the different services that company offers. S/he will also have the pleasure to work with some of the greatest minds in content management to create and share strategies and tactics on how paid search, social media, search engine optimization, content development and performance media can work together to deliver an integrated campaign across all forms of online media.

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent qualification).

• 2+ year’s previous account management experience - Ad agency or online marketing background, plus

• Understanding of Paid Search, SEO, Social Media and other digital marketing channels

• Demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a fast- paced environment.

• Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.

• A keen interest in online and web marketing

• A good knowledge of business, including your clients markets and audience

• An understanding of what differentiates Strategy from

• Tactics Understanding of how search engines and websites work

• Analytical, logic and mathematical skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize conflicting workloads and consistently hit targets

• A positive attitude to dealing with people

• Ability to work independently and as part of the project team to strict deadlines

• Capability to work hands-on to solve problems, with ability to generate ideas andsolutions

• Strong listening and questioning skills
