Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a Content Strategy Analyst to help grow a content strategy practice for a leading consulting firm in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate shall report to the practice lead, and work alongside business analysts and technology architects to create a 21st century customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct discovery engagements with marketing executives, IT professionals, content contributors, third party vendors and practitioners through interviews and conducting workshops.
• Discover and analyze documentation and data to support the content strategy and understand the current state.
• Conduct content audits and asses the relevancy of the content.
• Understand current state of a customer content operations, the stakeholders, people, tools and available existing content.
• Help our clients to understand their audience through discovering current and aspirational visitor personas; their engagement journeys and content touch points.
• Understand the relevancy of the current content and make recommendations for editorial themes and content development.
• Make recommendations, provide implementation roadmaps, engage continued advisory consulting and contribute to the appropriate business, functional and technical requirements.
• Understand and provide guidance on software tools and implementation best practices.
Qualifications
• Must have business analysis experience that includes strategic or management consulting, leading workshops, requirements gathering and working within a consulting framework.
• Prefer experience working with content management and associated technologies.
• Must be adaptable, self-motivated and ready to work at growing our strategy practice and our agency.
