We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Analyst with large scale Content Management Systems (CMS) experience.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate and document business requirements from stakeholder / clients.

• Contribute to project planning.

• Create Functional requirements, user stories, test cases and requirement trace matrix.

• Work with developers and architect on a day to day basis for solution development.

• Conduct system and User testing for the solution.

• Create User manuals, Help document and conduct end user training.

• Communicate with the business units and technical teams frequently regarding project milestones and deliverables.

• Create and deliver reports which will ensure that projects are on time and on budget.

• Ability to define and deploy solutions consistent with requirements, budgets and expectations.

• Minimum 2 years experience as IT Business Analyst.

• Minimum 2 years experience on large scale implementation projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of CMS systems.

• Excellent organization and planning skills as well as problem

solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and effectively with staff at all levels and across divisions.

• Detail and multi-task oriented.

• Familiarity with the lifecycle of a project.

• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Visio) is required.
