Job Description

About the role

As our first Sales Specialist in Turkey you will play a key role in Adaptavist, and its alliance with monday.com winning new clients in the Turkish market. The role will develop and execute small to medium size opportunities and accounts aligned with the customer's business goals, generating and developing business growth opportunities. 

The position will collaborate with customers and prospective customers to open up opportunities. The Sales Specialist position will work on ongoing projects, supporting our Sales Managers and Strategic Sales Managers focusing on leveraging monday.com services and licensing.

 

What you'll be doing

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Seek to Identify and develop business opportunities to enable organisations transform and find advantage in a climate of constant change

  • Leverage the established sales process to achieve sales objectives 

  • Leverage marketing campaigns and promotions to create opportunities and grow the sales pipeline and expand opportunities within accounts

Opportunity Management

  • Create an open and constructive environment for negotiation, seek to discover shared interests and find mutually acceptable solutions

  • Apply discovery skills to uncover customer pains and challenges, work with pre-sales to identify and recommend solutions that address customer needs leveraging Adaptavist offerings

  • Deliver high quality sales calls and sales presentations

Handling Objections

  • Expresses ideas/solutions to overcome resistance, complaints and frustration 

  • Lower resistance to and offer solutions to handle objections with support from sales leaders

Pipeline Management and Forecasting

  • Manage and report on individual sales pipelines to achieve budget targets and support Adaptavist forecasting

  • Identify and execute actions within CRM accounts (Hubspot) to support goals and tactical actions within existing accounts or marketing campaigns in collaboration within the team

Customer & Channel Relationship Management

  • Seek to build long-lasting partnerships with customers to position Adaptavist as a trusted partner to meet customer needs

  • Seek to develop professional contacts to build, enhance and connect network; being an ambassador for Adaptavist 

  • Adopt an open and honest listening and communication approach with customers  

Product & Industry Knowledge 

  • Develop deep expertise in the monday.com platform and Adaptavist’s monday.com services (service packages, implementations, strategic consulting, bespoke engagements), using this knowledge to inform future service development.

  • Utilise value-based selling to articulate the monday.com platform’s benefits, aligning our services with customer business goals.

  • Proactive in understanding competition, and Adaptavist winning position in the market

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferable B2B sales

  • Experience of working in a KPI driven environment 

  • Experience of working with stakeholders in different levels/roles across a company

  • Fluent English and Turkish is a must

  • Can demonstrate experience of building, maintaining and nurturing relationships internally and externally

  • Proven to have strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence

  • Has the ability to uncover prospect's needs and able to work with internal stakeholders to recommend solutions that meet them

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

  • Has understanding of sales process and developed sales discovery skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills, team oriented and experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Excited for technology, quick learner, able to discern the company's advantages against the competition and clearly communicating it

  • Comfortable working collaboratively both face to face and through online tools such as Zoom, Slack, Skype, etc.

A few nice to haves

  • Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment

  • Has experience managing a software solution from end to end.

  • Experience of the Atlassian toolset, in particular Jira and Confluence is beneficial

  • Experience in monday.com ecosystem 

  • Adept at using AI technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of workflows
