Job Description

About the role

As an HR Manager (FTC), you will lead a globally distributed team, with a focus on supporting our product organisation. You’ll oversee core HR operations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and act as a key partner on strategic people initiatives. This role combines team leadership, employee relations expertise, and a focus on delivering an exceptional people experience.

This role will ideally be based in one of our southern European entities as a remote or hybrid worker: Spain, Italy, Greece (Athens), or Turkey (Istanbul).

What you'll be doing

As HR Manager, you’ll lead strategic people initiatives and provide expert advisory support across our global product organisation. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll:

  • Drive HR projects that enhance engagement, onboarding, and overall employee experience

  • Lead policy development and ensure compliance with employment law and best practices

  • Oversee HR systems improvements and the evolution of our internal platforms

  • Deliver targeted workshops to upskill managers in performance, ER, and talent development

  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, legislation, and complex employee relations matters

  • Help facilitate talent management and succession planning initiatives

  • Conduct HR audits, investigations, and support the continuous improvement of our people practices

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Strong English (native or fluent); additional European languages like Spanish, Italian, Greek, Turkish, or Croatian are a bonus

  • Proven HR experience in a global, matrixed organisation (200+ employees)

  • Experience advising senior leaders and managing a team of 3+ direct reports

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into action

  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the business

  • Experienced in HR operations across the EMEA region

  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident working in dynamic, tech-driven settings

  • Collaborative, analytical, and solutions-focused
