The ideal candidate will be responsible for Sales Manager with our client the regional director of the individual sector leads the sales and operations team and provides them with all the necessary instructions, directions, training and guidance. In addition to setting goals, preparing sales plans, many tasks are to analyze relevant data and perform all tasks that in turn aim to create a successful team.

Job Description

1. Planning sales activity and includes participation in setting objectives and formulating sales policies within the company such as price, distribution, promotion and communication with target markets.

2. Oversee all operational and sales operations, after-sales service and satisfy customers.

3. Collaborate with marketing management to open new markets to achieve the company's goals.

4. Monitoring and evaluation of sales activities, including identifying sales areas, identifying sales men's routes, determining sales quotas, receiving reports on sales activity, evaluating its findings and taking appropriate corrective measures to improve and develop performance.

5. Participate in the selection and employment of salesmen in terms of analysis and description of the work, and determine the required qualifications and their source.

6. Motivate salesmen to identify different incentive methods and constantly seek rewards that stimulate sales efforts by selling men by building and developing an effective compensation system.

7. Reporting periodic sales to the General Manager of the Individual Sector.

8. Coordination and cooperation with the management of the different company.

9. Review customer data and contract attachments with branch supervisors and ensure that they serve customers and respond to their inquiries

10. Supervising the review and audit of contracts with branch supervisors

11. Follow-up clearance work/ contract expiry or cancellation of contract

12. Make sure sales staff communicate with customers whose contracts are nearing completion

13. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

14. Establish productive and professional relationships with employees and customer account officials.

15. Monitoring and analyzing sales ratios, measuring performance and proposing improvements.

16. Preparing periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly and annual.

17. Conduct research and identify potential customers, new customers and new market opportunities.

18. Provide effective and timely solutions that meet the needs of customers.

19. Communicate with marketing and product management departments to ensure brand consistency.

20. See the latest developments and oversee the launch of new products.

21. Make sure that the sales department is ready to do the tasks appropriately.

 

 Skills:

·        The ability to plan, organize and follow up sales operations and the sales staff.

·        The ability to drive and motivate the sales staff.

·        The ability to prepare periodic and annual reports.

·        Good experience in managing the sales department.

·        The ability to use CRM software.

·        The ability to understand, analyze and measure sales department performance.

·        Mastery of customer service skills and excellent bargaining ability.

·        The ability to manage the team and communicate with different personalities.

·        Possess analytical skills and provide appropriate solutions to problems.

Qualifications

1 – Bachelor degree in business management (preferred Master’s).

2 – 8+ experience (preferred in admission and HR)

3 – Experience in Microsoft office (preferred in ERP Programs)
