Job Description
The job of the Talent Management Sr. Consultant is a highly specialized position for creating and implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support client organizations. The incumbent identifies and recommends opportunities to improve and align talent solutions (Assessment, Development, Management) systems and creates and implements an integrated approach to talent management.
Key Activities include:
- Designing and developing innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to improve the depth and breadth of client talents.
- Assuring the appropriate connection of proposal and delivery methods, education and development programs to client organizations.
- Providing proficient consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes and so on.
- Developing communication and marketing methods in educating employees on education programs and resources.
- Collaborating with business leaders and human resources to develop and execute an incorporated approach to development, learning and talent management.
- Working with clients to assess development needs, performing gap analysis, designing and leading programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities.
- Designing and implementing pioneering learning programs that develop and support the talent of the organization.
- Conduct ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) Process to design client talent solutions Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Deliver class-room and virtual training as needed in various areas in the business.
- Utilize latest approaches and methodologies from the market to deliver relevant consultations to client on their talent challenges and issues.
- Support business development team with technical proposal writing and technical presentations to clients.
- Handle any responsibilities delegated or advised by direct manager.
Qualifications
- More than 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Development and Assessment
- Must be ceritfied in BPS Level A & B
- Must be ceritified in ATD CPTD and/or Master Trainer
- Must be ceritified in SHRM-CP or SCP.
- Previous experience with Consulting firms is a plus
