About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department. This role demands strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population. You’ll work with a supportive team of healthcare professionals who prioritize teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care.

Available Shifts

• Days (Rotating Weekends)

• Mixed (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients with varying levels of acuity

• Deliver high-quality emergency and trauma nursing care

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment

• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up needs

• Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license

• 1+ year of recent acute care experience (within the last year) required

• ADN or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• BLS required prior to start

• Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) within 90 days of hire
