Salary Range (Based on Experience):
0–5 years: $38.79 – $42.68/hour
6–10 years: $43.95 – $49.25/hour
10–15 years: $49.25 – $53.68/hour
15–20 years: $53.68 – $56.74/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Available (Case-by-Case Basis)
Shift Differentials:
Evenings: +$2.75/hour
Nights: +$4.65/hour
Weekends: +$2.50/hour
On-Call Pay: $4.50/hour
Certification Pay: Additional $2.00/hour for RNs holding relevant certifications beyond job requirements
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cardiovascular Cath Lab RN to join our exceptional team in Anchorage, AK. This position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular lab performing a wide range of invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assist and perform cardiac catheterizations, EP device therapies, interventional radiology, neuro-diagnostics, endovascular, and structural heart interventions (TAVR, LAAC).
Provide comprehensive patient care including transport, site prep, sterile procedures, and post-procedure monitoring.
Accurately document procedures, maintain compliance, and respond effectively to emergent cases.
Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and nurses to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking, and calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of Cath Lab experience, or 5 years in a high-acuity setting (ICU, CCU, or ED).
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
Experience circulating, monitoring, and administering sedation medications.

Shift Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (12-hour shifts)
