Compensation: $27.42 – $36.95/hr depending on years of experience
Differentials: Nights $4.25/hr. Weekends $3.00/hr.
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (Nights only)
Relocation: Available case by case

Overview

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist near Alachua, FL. This role supports critical care patients with advanced respiratory treatments in ICU, NICU, CVICU, and PICU settings. This is a great opportunity to join a hospital team recognized for patient safety and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, deliver, and manage routine and complex respiratory therapies.

• Monitor patient response to respiratory care and adjust as needed.

• Perform arterial blood gas testing and interpretation.

• Support patient and family education regarding respiratory treatments.

• Contribute to patient safety initiatives and quality improvement.

• Active Florida Respiratory Care License.

• RRT or CRT through NBRC.

• One year of recent respiratory therapy experience, critical care preferred.

• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 30 days of hire.
