Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: Days (7A–7P) or Nights (7P–7A), rotating weekends
Compensation: $30.69 – $43.20/hr (based on experience)
Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights) | +$3.00/hr (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights)
Relocation: $2,500–$5,000 (100+ miles away)

Overview

We are seeking a Renal/Med-Surg RN to join our nursing team near Alachua, FL. This role offers the opportunity to provide care for renal and vascular patients in a high-volume, 45-bed unit with strong teamwork and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care for renal and medical-surgical patients.

• Perform assessments, administer medications, and document care accurately.

• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and recovery plans.

• Support patient safety and hospital quality improvement efforts.

• Manage a 7:1 patient ratio while prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Current RN license in Florida or Compact state.

• At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/Diploma required; BSN preferred).

• BLS certification; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days; ACLS within 6 months.
