Base Pay:
0–5 years: $38.79 – $42.68/hr
6–10 years: $43.95 – $49.25/hr
10–15 years: $49.25 – $53.68/hr
15–20 years: $53.68 – $56.74/hr
Shift Differentials:
Evenings: +$2.75/hr
Nights: +$4.65/hr
Weekends: +$2.50/hr
On-Call: +$4.50/hr
Certification Pay: +$2.00/hr for additional relevant certifications
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Job Description
We are seeking a Cardiovascular Cath Lab RN to join our expert team in Anchorage, AK. In this role, you will support invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist with cardiac catheterizations, EP device therapies, interventional radiology, neuro-diagnostics, endovascular procedures, and structural heart interventions (LAAC, TAVR).
Support all aspects of patient care, including transport, site preparation, sterile techniques, and post-procedure monitoring.
Maintain clear, accurate documentation and manage emergent cases effectively.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
Demonstrate strong organization, flexibility, and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
Current and valid RN license (required).
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years Cath Lab experience or 5 years in a high-acuity setting (ICU preferred).
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
Experience with circulating, monitoring, and administering sedation medications.

Average Volume: 4–6 procedures per day
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Mapping: Not required (performed by third-party company)
