Base Pay:
0–5 years: $38.79 – $42.68/hr
6–10 years: $43.95 – $49.25/hr
10–15 years: $49.25 – $53.68/hr
15–20 years: $53.68 – $56.74/hr
Shift Differentials:
Evenings: +$2.75/hr
Nights: +$4.65/hr
Weekends: +$2.50/hr
On-Call Pay: +$4.50/hr
Certification Pay: +$2.00/hr for RNs with additional relevant certifications beyond requirements.
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Job Description
We are seeking a Cardiovascular Cath Lab RN to join our team in Anchorage, AK. In this role, you will support invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist with:
Cardiac catheterizations
EP device therapies
Interventional radiology
Neuro-diagnostics
Endovascular procedures
Structural heart interventions (LAAC, TAVR)
Support all aspects of patient care: transport, site prep, sterile technique, and post-procedure monitoring.
Accurately document and manage emergent cases.
Collaborate with physicians, techs, and fellow nurses for seamless patient care.
Demonstrate strong organizational and decision-making skills under pressure.
Qualifications
Current and valid RN license.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
2–3 years Cath Lab experience OR 5 years ICU/high-acuity experience.
BLS & ACLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
Experience with circulating, monitoring, and administering sedation medications.
Additional Information
Facility: Alaska Regional Hospital
Unit Size: 3 rooms; average 4–6 procedures/day.
Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts).
No mapping experience required (performed by third-party company).
