• Salary Range: $84,843 – $127,275/year (experience-based)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Operating Room (OR) team at a full-service healthcare facility in Arlington. This role is ideal for a skilled OR nurse leader with strong surgical nursing knowledge, a passion for patient care, and expertise in operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care in the OR

• Oversee daily OR operations, staffing, scheduling, and clinical standards

• Develop and monitor departmental policies, performance goals, and fiscal accountability

• Serve as liaison between OR, administration, medical staff, and other departments

• Collaborate with educators and directors on training, budgeting, and evaluations

• Lead performance evaluations, professional development, and team engagement initiatives

• Active Texas RN license or compact license

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required

• Minimum 5 years RN experience in the OR

• At least 2 years acute care leadership in surgical services

• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required

• CNOR preferred

• Strong surgical nursing knowledge and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
