Pay: $32 – $60/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available
Shifts: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights)
Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in a Telemetry setting.
Recognize and respond to EKG rhythm changes, escalating care appropriately.
Manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, post-operative monitoring needs, and complex comorbidities.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to deliver coordinated care.
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Active RN license (compact license accepted).
Minimum 1 year of Telemetry, Progressive Care, or Stepdown experience preferred.
BLS and ACLS required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
