Manager – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (L&D) – Night Shift
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-time | Nights (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 5 shifts/week, may include weekends
Salary Range: $45.00 – $58.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, evaluate, and guide Labor & Delivery nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff and oversee unit operations
Collaborate with directors and interdisciplinary teams to promote clinical excellence and performance improvement
Participate in budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and patient care reviews
Maintain and improve patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes
Act as a resource for staff and support ongoing education to promote clinical competence
Qualifications
3–5 years of recent acute care L&D leadership experience (within the last year) required
Current RN license in the state of Texas
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
BLS certification required
NRP and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification required within 6 months of hire
ACLS and experience in L&D, PACU, ICU, or OR strongly preferred
