Physical Therapist (PT) – Days
Location: Pensacola, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Days | Rotating Weekends
Salary Range:

• <1 year: $35.77/hr

• 1 year: $37.56/hr

• 2–3 years: $39.35/hr

• 4–5 years: $41.13/hr

• 6–7 years: $42.92/hr

• 9–10 years: $44.71/hr

• 16+ years: $49.18/hr
  Night Shift Differential: Not applicable
  Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered therapeutic care and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for physical rehabilitation

• Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home care plans

• Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals

• Ensure therapy meets standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and collaboration with staff and leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required

• State of Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible at time of hire)

• BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
