Certified Surgical Tech – CVOR | Full-Time | Days | Las Vegas, NV

Hourly Pay: $42.22 – $63.35 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s | Days | Rotating Weekends
On-Call Requirement: 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month
On-Call Pay: $6.00/hour
Call-Back Pay: 2 hrs min at 1.5x + 1 hr base rate (travel)
Shift Differentials:

• Evenings: +$1.50/hr

• Nights: +$2.10/hr

• Weekends: +$1.50/hr

Position Overview

Join a nationally recognized cardiovascular surgical team in one of Nevada’s largest and most advanced acute care hospitals. As a Certified Surgical Technologist – CVOR, you will assist in complex interventional and open-heart procedures, playing a critical role in ensuring surgical safety, efficiency, and precision.

• Assist surgeons with instruments, scopes, and sterile supplies during open-heart and cardiovascular procedures

• Maintain a sterile environment and enforce universal surgical protocols

• Ensure accurate instrument handling and accountability throughout procedures

• Collaborate with the OR team to ensure patient safety and operational readiness

• Serve patients ranging from neonate to geriatric in a high-acuity CVOR

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program or military-based training equivalent

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required

• Experience in CVOR and open-heart procedures – required

• Experience in an acute care hospital main OR – strongly preferred
