Nurse Manager – Surgical Services
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Full-time | Mixed Shifts | Rotating Weekends
Salary: $84,843 – $127,275 depending on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available, case by case

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to lead perioperative operations in a busy acute care environment. The ideal candidate will bring clinical strength, leadership insight, and a passion for surgical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing care delivery in the Operating Room and ensure adherence to clinical standards

• Collaborate with the OR Educator on initial and ongoing staff training and development

• Manage policies, goals, budgets, and team objectives

• Serve as liaison between the surgical team, administrative departments, and clinical leadership

• Conduct staff performance evaluations and participate in department-wide planning

• Support quality and safety initiatives across perioperative services

• Minimum 2 years of OR leadership experience in an acute care setting

• Minimum 5 years of RN experience in the Operating Room

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required

• Texas RN license or Compact State RN license (required)

• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (required)

• CNOR preferred
