Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:

• $27.42 - $36.95/hr (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential:

• + $4.50/hr

We are looking for an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our acute care team. In this role, you will provide respiratory therapy care across a range of patient needs, from emergency interventions to mechanical ventilation. The position requires working in a high-acuity hospital setting, so adaptability and strong clinical skills are essential.

• Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages

• Manage and operate acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the hospital system

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and hospital protocols

• Provide patient and family education on respiratory care and treatment options

• Experience: 1+ years of RRT experience required

• Education: Associate Degree from an AMA-approved respiratory care program

• Licensure: Active Florida RRT license required (must be in hand before applying)

• Certifications:

  • BLS certification required

• Competitive Pay: Earn up to $36.95/hr based on experience
