Pay / Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Range: $22.66 – $32.86 (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

• Shift Differentials:

  • Night: +$3.25/hr

  • Weekend: +$2.00/hr

  • Evening (for 8/10 hr shifts): +$2.00/hr

• On-Call: $4.00/hr

• Call-Back Pay: Time and a half

  • 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

  • 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

• On-Call Requirement: Must respond within 30 minutes when on-call

We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to support surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile conditions, and assisting during surgeries. The CST plays a critical role in ensuring that surgical procedures run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, collaborating with nurses, surgeons, and other staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scrub duties and assist with surgical procedures using sterile techniques

• Maintain knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies

• Collaborate with nurses and surgical team to ensure smooth patient care throughout procedures

• Actively engage in patient care support activities and effective team communication

• Experience: Preferred 2 years of Certified Surgical Technician experience; acute care experience is a plus but not required

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification

• Education: Graduate of a vocational school

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire
