Pay:

• Hourly Rate: $26.40 – $39.60 (based on experience)

We are seeking skilled and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED). This is a high-volume, independent emergency setting where nurses must quickly triage, assess, and provide life-saving care. Candidates must thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and team collaboration.

Available Shifts:

• Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

• Mixed Shift (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver emergency nursing care in a high-volume standalone ER

• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients across all acuity levels

• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams

• Prioritize care and respond swiftly to life-threatening conditions

• Educate patients and families on discharge plans and follow-up

• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and hospital standards

• Minimum of 3+ years of recent acute care ER RN experience (within the past year)

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications required within 90 days of hire

• Work Environment: Standalone Emergency Room with high patient acuity
