💰 Salary Range: $110,000–$152,000 annually (based on experience)

• Be the Captain of the Ship 24/7! Take the helm of our surgical services department, leading your awesome crew in Preop, PACU, SPD, and the main OR.

• Be our Compliance Champion! Navigate the regulatory seas while ensuring everyone follows safety protocols (because heroes always play it safe!).

• What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Texas.
• Certifications: CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) and CSSM (Certified Surgical Services Manager) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of recent acute care surgical services leadership experience (Manager level or above).

• Department Highlights:

• Specialties: Cardiovascular, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Women’s Services.
• Technology: 10 ORs, 2 robotic systems, and growing surgical capabilities.
• Daily Volume: 40–60 cases/day, including Endoscopy.
