Responsibilities - In detail

-           Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. Coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities.
-          Design and develop logical and physical data models that meet application requirements.
-          Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
-          Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
-          Create technical documentations for all aspects.
-          Assist and support other team members
-          Drive team members to keep up with projects deadlines

Technical Skills - In Detail
(Essential Skills)

Strong C# and .Net. , SQL along with Investment banking experience, trades

Technical Skills
(Desired Skills)

Investment banking knowledge/experience is must. Understanding of trades. Agile/Scrum exp.
- Grid Technology (IBM Symphony)
                - Risk computation & Processing
                - Past experience with in-bank risk systems

Interview Process

1. One interview by delivery team.
2. Post success of this, 1st round will be a Phone Screening by customer (Developers from client's team will take the interview)
3. 2nd round will be in-person / VC round (In-person is preferred due to some bad experiences; so please prefer local candidates, or ones who can travel for interview at vendor cost)
