Our Yate branch is seeking a Trade Counter Salesperson to join our successful team.

Your Role

As a Trade Counter Salesperson, you will often be the initial point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

·        Providing product and service information to customers and offering advice 

·        Engaging in proactive selling over the phone

·        Handling enquiries and orders with accuracy and speed, meeting customer deadlines

·        Developing proactive trade counter promotions to drive branch growth

Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience

Selling ability

Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities

Sound organisational skills

Professional manner

Attention to detail

Desirable:

Good knowledge of computers - full training will be provided in our systems
