Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced, friendly team? We’re on the lookout for a proactive Branch/Yard Assistant to join our successful Cambridge branch. If you enjoy variety in your day, take pride in great customer service, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping customers with product advice and service support
• Accurately picking and preparing customer orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely, eventually using a forklift (training provided if needed)
• Processing orders efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Serving customers at the trade counter with a smile
• Keeping the yard organised, safe, and running smoothly

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with strong communication and people skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Awareness of health & safety in a busy work environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or with forklifts is a bonus – but not essential.
