We’re seeking an Accounting Analyst – Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team in Phoenix. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer and vendor payments, credit management, month-end close and financial reporting. Your work will directly impact cash flow efficiency and financial accuracy, helping drive continuous improvement within our accounts receivable function.
What You’ll Do:
💰 Cash Management & Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile daily cash bank statements and manage treasury cash files for monthly, quarterly and annual close cycles.
📊 Accounts Receivable & Credit Management: Review and apply incoming/outgoing payments, track pre-payments and analyze past-due invoices.
📈 Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist with month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting.
🔍 Process Optimization & Compliance: Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives while supporting internal and external audits.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, procurement, accounting and banking partners to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least three years of experience in treasury and cash management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- SAP ERP (S/4 HANA) experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
