Job Description

Do you have well developed organizational skills, a can do attitude and a flexible approach?  If the answer to this is yes then this could be the perfect role for you!

We are recruiting for someone to provide support to our MD and Lead Team. This is a varied role that requires a proactive individual who has a calm demeanor and an eye for detail. This role would also incorporate overseeing the smooth running of the office.

Duties include:

·       Assisting our MD and Lead Team with tasks as requested

·       Organizing travel /itineraries /hotel arrangements

·       Planning & organizing  corporate events and regional meetings

·       Diary for use of meeting rooms, Head Office

·       Monitoring and ordering of stationary and sundries, Head Office

·       Taking an active role in our charitable donations committee

The list of tasks really cannot be specified due to the fluid nature of this role and the candidates need to fully understand the scope of what it is. It can be anything that we are dealing with that we need help with.

This role is an integral part of our organization and the ideal candidate will have:

·       Excellent time management and attention to detail

·       A broad range of people and organizational skills

·       Confidence in decision making and prioritization of tasks

·       Be highly self-motivated

Part time 25 hours per week, hybrid working model available. Ideally hours would be spread across the week but we are open to discuss.
