HR Advisor

Manchester (Radcliffe based) with flexibility to mix in some working from home

Are you an experienced HR professional who is used to partnering busy managers throughout an organisation? We are currently looking for an HR generalist to join our friendly, professional team to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Role

This is very much a generalist role, and you could find yourself assisting with any type of HR support, but there is a current focus on recruitment.  It’s not all about recruitment, but securing talent for our growth plans is important for JDP just now and will be a big part of the job.  So if you enjoy recruitment and have proven experience in attracting, searching for and securing excellent candidates we’d love to hear from you.

As a maternity cover you will need to be confident to hit the ground running and be able to build strong working relationships quickly.  You should be confident in offering professional and consistent advice to line managers on all employment matters, possess a can do attitude and have leadership qualities with the ability to ‘make things happen’.

JDP being a multi-site business, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to undertake some travel across the UK, although we are utilising the virtual environment to reduce travel.

Desirable

·         Degree in a relevant qualification

·         CIPD qualified, or working towards

·         Experience in a multi-site environment would be an highly advantageous
