Job Description

Tessenderlo Kerley (TKI) is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the team in enhancing TKI's digital footprint. Be part of bringing TKI to the next level digitally by supporting business strategy and content development for all TKI brands (primarily agriculture products). 

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, your main focus will be developing, managing, and delivering effective social and digital media with key business objectives and metrics. 

Be a critical part of elevating the company brand through strategic messaging for internal and external customers through outbound and inbound marketing and compelling content design for digital campaigns that will engage, educate, and motivate our company vision and mission. 

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in social media and its positioning in the workplace to facilitate brand and business communications, especially with LinkedIn and YouTube. You will be creative and be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and comfortable working within cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain all social media channels, as defined by the business units, HR, and Group Manage structure and delivery of customer-facing digital assets
  • Manage & maintain all aspects of website presence for all TKI brands
  • Support employer branding tools and platforms, including, SmartRecruiters career page, Indeed career page, LinkedIn career page, etc.) by providing ongoing content and creative support
  • Support all facets of digital marketing, including social media, websites, advertising, and email campaigns
  • Assist Internal Communication in publishing content to TKI’s company Informational TV screens using Netpresenter and distribution of internal and external email campaigns using Emma
  • Help build the digital strategy in collaboration with the TKI marketing team, individual business units, and other internal departments to drive brand awareness and qualified traffic
  • Create campaign milestones, calendars, and all other relevant planning and campaign documents for all digital platforms across multiple business units/brands
  • Help build content for multiple profiles within LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Set the standard and manage video and multimedia strategies and productions, with particular special attention to video quality and brand alignment
  • Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution for each business unit
  • Publishe posts with attention to detail, no errors, and a keen eye towards protecting the TKI brand
  • Analyze the performance of social media content daily and incorporate insights into future decisions; Ensure follower growth across all accounts
  • Monitor, develop and deliver social media and website reports quarterly to inform leaders on campaign reach, effectiveness, business lead tracking and nurturing programs
  • Perform regular competitive benchmarking and A/B tests to fine-tune strategy
  • Provides suggestions and strategy for website navigation and framework to support further business goals and brand recognition (4 sites on drupal platform: tkinet.com, cropyvitality.com, novasource.com, and one more that we are launching soon)
  • Research and recommend best practices; identify new digital trends and behaviors
  • Maintain constant proficiency and knowledge in the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Serve as point of contact for digital platform questions
  • Serve as social media project lead for brand migrations and account closures as needed
  • Partner with Tessenderlo Group Comm & MarCom team on various projects

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred in Communications/Media or Marketing
  • 3-5 years experience in a digital or web support/digital communications role
  • Excellence in the English language, both written and verbal skills
  • Significant experience in social media and its application in the workplace to facilitate brand and business communications, especially with LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Hands-on experience creating/executing successful multi-platform digital marketing/media campaigns with proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong copywriting and editing experience and visual design skills, a plus
  • Understanding of paid digital media
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in an environment with varying stakeholder priorities
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Working knowledge of drupal website platform is highly desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; Adobe Creative Cloud (graphic design and video) and additional tools such as SEO, Google Adwords, digital social/email campaign management software such as Falcon and Emma
