Job Description

As the Digital Media Specialist, you will support one or more Business Units through strategy and content development for all Tessenderlo Kerley Inc.(TKI) brands with a clear focus on developing, managing, and delivering effective social and digital media with key business objectives and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Digital Media and Internal Communication Specialists in day to day efforts and support each other when needed;
  • Partner with TG communications on various projects;
  • You will support all facets of digital marketing;
  • Manage corporate domain assets and all associated responsibilities;
  • Manage & maintain all aspects of web site presence for all TKI brands;
  • Develops and direct digital ad campaigns for each business unit;
  • Manage and maintain all social media channels, as defined by the business units, HR, and Group Manage structure and delivery of customer-facing digital magazines and newsletters;
  • Communications;
  • Support employer branding tools and platforms, including, SmartRecruiters career page, talent communities, Indeed career page, Glassdoor etc.) by providing ongoing content and creative support;
  • Provides suggestions and strategies for website navigation and framework to further support business goals and brand recognition;
  • Create content strategy for all social media channels, with regards to commercial and employer brands;
  • Monitor, develop and deliver social media and web site reports quarterly to inform leaders on campaign reach and effectiveness;
  • Develop and execute all social media campaigns and strategies as defined in the business unit plans;
  • Help develop and refine TKI ambassador profiles on social media channels;
  • Develop reports for business lead tracking and nurturing programs via Google Analytics and VisitorTrack (forthcoming);
  • Set standard and manage video and multimedia strategies and productions, with special attention to video quality and brand alignment;

Qualifications

  • Understands HSE regulations as they apply to one’s area of responsibility and performs duties within this framework;
  • BA/BS Degree preferred in Communications/Media;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a digital or web support/digital communications role;
  • Excellence in English language, both written and verbal skills;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web content management systems; domain management skills a plus;
  • Significant experience in forms of social media and its application in the workplace to facilitate brand and business communications;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; Adobe Creative Cloud and Hootsuite experience a plus;
  • Responsive to market and BU needs and objectives.
