For our Human Resources Department at Tessenderlo Kerley International, we are looking for a motivated HR Officer. The job is based in Ham - Belgium. As HR Officer, you will play a vital role in our growth and improvement ambitions.

Job Description

  • You support the proces of recruitment and selection (national and international) and the onboarding of new staff

  • You help creating the yearly training catalogue, tailored to the needs of the organization and the employees

  • You have a special focus on the coordination of learning & development initiatives in order to have the right competencies on the right place

  • You support the HR Manager in the daily HR operations from onboarding to offboarding

  • You are supporting the implementation and the follow up of diverse projects like performance management, competence management and succession planning that are necessary to support the business to achieve their goals

  • You support the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) process within the business unit by providing the numbers for HR-indicators

Qualifications

  • You have a professional bachelor or a master degree in social sciences, HRM

  • You have a first experience in Recruitment&Selection or Talent Management

  • Empathy, assertiveness, service mindedness, accuracy and discretion define your personality

  • You are bilingual (Dutch / English) knowledge of French is a plus
