Job description

Tesis USA LLC. is hiring candidates for a Senior Industrial Automation Engineer with Experiencce in Electrical AutoCAD short position in Katy, TX with the following knowledge and abilities:

• At least 4 to 7 years of experience as Engineer in Electrical and industrial design projects.
• Bachelor Degree as an Electrical or Mechatronic Engineer
• Location: Katy, TX.
• Experience in PLCs, Drives, Scadas and HMI. (Required Allen Bradley, Siemens and Schneider)
• Must have electrical experience
• Must have experience in AutoCAD Electrical, editing electrical schematics and creating new ones (THIS IS A MUST)
• Must have the knowledge and the capability in instrumentation, PLC and HMI program development.
• Be able to use Electrical diagnosing tools to , evaluate plant machinery and troubleshoot issues.
• Design of automation solutions to troubleshoot production issues
• Advanced knowledge in RsLogix in PLC work cycle programming, creation of HMI screens, knowledge of Rockwell programming libraries.
• Must have Electrical Experience.
• Must be able to use diagnostic tools for the analysis and the solution of automation problems. This is required.
• Be able to review electrical diagrams to understand the production lines, production equipment and ensure an appropriate correction of issues presented on them.
• Configuration of PLC and HMI communication networks: Profinet, Ethernet, ControlNet, Devicenet, Profibus DP, Modbus Plus, etc.
• English communication skills are required (speaking, writing and reading).
• Self-motivation and proactive behavior is required.
