Tesis USA LLC., is hiring candidates for a Junior Human Resources position in New Caney, TX with the following knowledge and abilities:

• Bachelor / Professional Degree complete- Previous Administrative experience- Ability to travel to the client’s facilities.
• Proactivity and organization is mandatory.
• Previous experience as an HR generalist or recruiter is desired. Freshman, recently graduated or finishing degree professionals are accepted and will receive training.
• Good English communication skills are a must (speaking, writing and reading).
• Spanish Communication Skills are recommended and desired for this position.
• Self-motivation and proactive behavior is required.

• Responsibilities & Duties:
• Employee time sheet control, employee absences review, and report of employee monthly hours to the company accounting dept.
• Payroll support.
• Document control for new hiring, employee documentation update, or closures.
• Employee benefits tracking and control.
• Hiring support.
• Recruitment process (the company will provide training).
