Based in our Vaci út office this multi-functional and specialist team will drive operational excellence of services, improve scale for our systems and processes globally and create business leading capabilities.

Job Description

We are currently expanding our Technology department resulting in launching a new Technology Hub in our modern office in Budapest, Hungary- which is easily accessible by metro.

The Role

The role offers someone the chance to provide high quality support for the recruitment team by delivering the back office work. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be acting as the subject matter expert for recruitment administration, ensure best practices are being followed and give feedback on possible improvements to the process.

What will you do?

  • Managing administration of recruitment such as interview scheduling, sending confirmation to candidates and assessors;
  • Helping manage assessor pool, making sure new engineers will feed into the pool;
  • Managing accuracy of trackers to deliver data to internal stakeholders;
  • Defining, leveraging and promoting Tesco’s Employer Brand through networking, Social Media, events and other means enabling Tesco to engage with, and attract, individuals from the tech community;
  • Being a contact point to candidates when needed;
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process – keeping contact with new joiners, collect necessary data and documentation;
  • Managing the employee referral system;
  • Keeping precise statistics of vacancies;
  • Translating recruitment materials and other relevant documents;
  • Understanding the benefits of having a diverse, multicultural business and be a representative of our diversity policies at all times;
  • My line manager may further ask me to perform additional duties based on changing business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent professional media skills and proficient in using office365, especially excel, as well as ATS systems;
  • Ability to proactively drive all recruitment related actions and take on responsibility;
  • Experience in vendor management;
  • Strong self-management;
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
  • You experience obstacles as creative inspiration;
  • You like to brainstorm on new solutions to improve our processes;
  • You are a team player who likes to collaborate with colleagues from the wider department, sharing knowledge and experience;
  • Excellent Hungarian and English language skills.
