Job Description
- Validate automation requirements in partnership with business teams and delivery partners
- Identify fit for purpose automation solutions and apply practices already in place
- Devise an automation approach to ensure consistent usage and user experience
- Understand industry trends on automation solutions to stay up to date with what digital solutions can be applied
- Prepare documentation for all automations opportunities and progress to delivery queue
- Support with Technical leadership to manage end to end project delivery
- Provide frequent and relevant updates to all relevant people and teams at all times
- Identify and initiate projects to improve and optimise ways of working within the team
- Adhere to norms; guidelines and practices laid out for RPA and other Digital solutions at all times
- Automation Delivery Model: Implement a cohesive automation delivery model across Tesco that brings together all stakeholders across Tech & Business teams
- Improve efficiency & effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities to improve and optimise ways of working
- Understand the Continuous Improvement principles at Tesco and work in accordance with the same
- Contribute to Digital Academy by building Knowledge base/reusable assets
- Adhere to the weekly work schedule to ensure process delivery
- Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions

Qualifications
- Strong focus on delivering customer delight - Partner with stakeholders to achieve shared success - Build strong relationships with colleagues - Work with integrity & inspire confidence in others - Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team
Experience level - 6 to 8 years preferred Domain skills: - Process Mapping and Designing preferred - Designing Functional and Solution Design Documents preferred Technical skills: - Expertise and experience with one of the below tools - Primary Skills: RPA Tools (Automation Anywhere, UIPath) & Infrastructure - Power Platform (Power App, Power BI, Power Automate) - Secondary skills - VBA, Python, SQL, C#, Tableau, Sharepoint, - LCNC, etc - JIRA, Confluence, Github
