Develop strong working relationships with partners to support; endorse and deliver sub category plans aligned to category procurement strategies to realise business savings and support innovation . Assist in the development of the functional operating model for specific sub-categories .Control of business spend and actively minimise revenue costs through improved use of tools; processes and application of best practice . Track and report on savings targets for specified sub-categories - Supplier Contract Negotiation .Build new and improve existing supplier relationships to ensure continued suitability and build greater value . Support the business to achieving compliance with legal and ethical procurement policies . Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence . Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their teams .Deep expertise in a particular process or field .First line team supervisory responsibility on process mentoring; on the job training; coordinating and presenting .Maintain relationships with multiple partners; handle user problems within process . Solves complex operational problems
