Job Description

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities
-Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work

- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques.
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's.
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work.
- Ensuring timely availability of stock for Store development and Maintenance activities.
- Maintaining efficient communication with suppliers and various internal teams.
- Requesting supplier quotations and raising purchase requisitions to support our operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and trends that influences stock needs to align with overall business goals.
- Uplift/amend purchase orders for stock replenishment based on forecasts/ Minimum stock holding levels.
- PO receipting and journal entry preparation.
- Communicate stock availability and potential supply disruptions proactively.
- Support with data required for stock reportings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in Stock/Inventory management; Supply Chain Management; or a related field Preferred.
Basic MS Office – Excel; Word
Eye-to-Detail
Basic Numeracy skills
Excellent communication.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to Plan and Organise Workload.
