The position will require the candidate to execute projects in compliance with the project management guidelines. The project management methodology can be either Agile or waterfall. They should have the good understanding of both methodologies and hands-on work experience at least one – Agile or waterfall.
Duties:
- The candidate should have knowledge on how to execute projects so that the teams he/she is working with is able to deliver the requirements set by the program
- Candidate should be able to plan the projects taking into considerations the constraints.
- Candidate should be able to Track execution objectively and able to decide if the work is on track or there are deviations. If there are deviations; should be able to amend the plans.
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to collaboratively take decisions where collaboration is required and be able to make decisions where individually where required.
- Ability to report project status is a skill that is required.
- For projects on Agile/iterative methodologies – the following duties would be expected - Ability to plan and execute and close sprints
- Define the sprint objectives
- Track progress of work
- Champion agile ceremonies as required by scrum master
- Ability to navigate project around deviations – internal or external to achieve the best outcomes.


- The following attributes would be Good to have - SAFe certification – either SAFE Agilist or Safe Scrum Master.
- Experience in a SAFe delivery organization structure.
