Job Description

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Driving and implementing Continuous Improvement Projects and innovation for their teams
• Serve as subject matter expertise and take complete ownership of process / operations
• Work closely with NOC and ensure all planned maintenance schedules are updated and scheduled on the sytem
• Ensure all 1400 internal engineers have their rosters updated on VxField to enable the generation of daily tech work plans accurately
• Ensure all legal compliance related documents are maintained on Verisae to avoid any disruption for store operations
• Ensure all planned maintenance related reports are relevant intuitive and simple to support decision making
• Communicate pro actively with the manager on new ideas latest market trends and potential risk.
• Deep expertise in a particular process or subject area
• First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching on the job training coordinating and communicating
• Manage relationships with multiple partners handle user problems within process
• Solves complex operational problems
