Job Description

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:

Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques. 
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives
- Working on Performance reports for Partners and debt tracking
- Coordination with Retail partners and deliver assigned tasks which includes reports, trackers, installations, etc.,
- Follow up with Tesco Maintenance teams to resolve maintenance Issues for Retail partners
- Supporting the Retail partners with queries and resolution
- Managing Critical paths and milestone trackers for Retail partnerships processes  
- Create/Update relevant databases with accurate information as per the requirement and timelines
- Manage generic e-mail in boxes, responding, prioritising and escalating as required 
- Support the System Data & Payments Manager to ensure all related processes are up-to-date & accurate
- Systems Administration of Payments and Property data bases 
- Information from demands (Rents, Rates, Insurance, Service Charge, IPI Debt and concessions) are upload within agreed KPIs & accurately.
- Work in collaboration with 3rd party consults and UK A&E team to ensure all tasks are completed as required
- Complete due diligence on all payments that are uploaded to payments data base, before full runs are initiated
- Deal promptly with all pay/receivable queries from Suppliers, Local Authorities & Enforcement officers. 
- Working closely alongside colleagues to create and maintain standard operating procedures & process documents
- Escalating in a timely and appropriate manner
- Adhere to all agreed processes, procedures and polices ensuring that segregation of duties are maintained

Knowledge of Property Systems (Verisae/ Lucernex)
Advanced Data Collation & Email Acknowledgment

Usage of databases such as MRI & Oracle fusion 
Workload Prioritisation

Experience relevant for this job:

Any Graduate (Preferably Commerce)
1 year admin finance & Property system experience 
Dealing with payment queries from Landlord & Tenant,
related to payment of accounts,account reconciliations and accounts receivables
Audit and compliance exposure
