Job Description

Help business fundamentally redesign processes and experiences to create new sources of value digitally reinvent operations for great efficiency and transform the enterprise through traditional and digital routes

In this job I am accountable for:
- Work with TBS global stakeholders as an expert in the transition process to project manage global deployments with all business units across the firm
- Perform process maturity assessment & execute process transitions from initiation to project handover to delivery
- Delivery of projects successfully that help Tesco bring its Service Model to life.
- Lead full solutions life cycle projects
a. Scope definition
b. Design the People Process Technology solution
c. Design service delivery model including service placement
d. Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies for the project
e. Lead business case development for the project track & govern business case realisation
f. Oversee transition strategy as relevant
g. manage overall project
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
