Job Description

- Establish effective communication channels to engage within and across teams; Celebrate success gather ideas and keep the team updated on new directions policies and procedures through regular one-on-ones & team meetings
- Accountable for talent retention within the teams Pro actively manage colleagues’ expectations and work towards attaining a win-win situation for both the organization and colleagues
- Review and create the Capacity Planner and forecast the resources required to manage the work
- Work with the team to establish robust quality check mechanisms and processes for exceptional issues and queries related to the work undertaken by the team
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Developing and leading a high performing team creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day
- Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
- Accountable for achieving teams objectives stakeholder management and escalation management.
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.

Qualifications

1. Good knowledge on Excel, MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA & BI tools Alteryx/R/Micro-strategy/Python
2. Understanding of machine learning techniques, data warehousing, modeling and and ETL tools like SSIS
3. Strong Verbal and Written Communication. 
4. Good Knowledge on maintenance/energy operation
5. Stakeholder management, Operations Delivery, People Policies and Process, Fundamental Statistics.

Experience (in Analytics function) with experience in managing large teams & Projects
Ability to interpret, define Metrics / KPI’s & Derive Insights
Capability to read the Systems / Application Architecture.
Ability to collaborate and work across processes to achieve shared success
