Job Summary:
Demonstrate strong expertise on risk & compliance areas in order to lead riks & compliance role while managing business and control function stakeholders.

In this job I am accountable for:
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Developing and leading a high performing team creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day
- Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
- Accountable for achieving teams objectives stakeholder management and escalation management.
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans
- Design develop support and govern risk & compliance programmes across Tesco Business Services
- Act as an SME and provide guidance onto controls and best practices for risk & compliance areas of ERM Business Resilience Privacy Bribery & Fraud
- Drive risk assessments reviews and control gap analysis Conduct governance checks and control assurance activities and Report risk & compliance programme posture KPIs & metrics
- Support third party/supplier assurance programme
- Coordinate and support risk & compliance related audit activities and awareness programmes
- Provide extended support for various team initiatives and activities
