Job Description

identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/ concepts/ processes in own areas of work
- Adhering to the quality framework
- Keeping self up to date with process changes

Depending on the process that I will support my accountabilities will include
- Managing end to end order raising process for printing materials (in store and depot)
- Work with Store Risk Assessors to process the Risk Assessment documents and ensure information on version date Store delivery details are accurate
- Pay or Challenge traffic violation tickets to the respective government councils within agreed SLA
- Create 'Delivery Notes' for Export Customers
- Investigate the missing stock and discrepancies between Supplier and Depots to help enable accurate invoicing
- Driver Vehicle Site and User maintenance on the operating module - using Transport database tool
