Job Description

To ensure on time and accurate publication of Trade reports for Tesco businesses across all supporting geographies to facilitate decision making. Automate Reports and develop new reporting solutions data models and tools

In this job I am accountable for:
- Following our Code of Business Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovations for teams (CI Foundation Level Certification Preferred)
- Pro actively understanding business issues and challenges of operations; identifying strengths/weaknesses and suggesting areas for improvement
- Ensuring all the reports are published accurately first time and on time
- Guiding the team by utilizing deep expertise in MIS Reporting Excel VBA Automation Data Warehousing ETL and Business Intelligence
- First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching on the job training coordinating and communicating updates
- Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders managing escalations within the process
- Enabling operations teams to solve complex operational problems by providing them with relevant data
- Ensuring business continuity with the available resources
