Job Description

To Provide support via automation while devising efficient reporting solutions in alignment with customer and business needs.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
- Delivering operational KPI's at the expected quality and accuracy levels by adhering to the quality framework
- Keeping self up to date with process changes
- Enhance and Develop Daily Weekly and Periodic reports and dashboards using Advanced excel VBA (Visual Basics for Applications)
- Debug and support reports running with Excel VBA and SQL.
- Identifying areas of improvement to provide better information
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify problems and collaborate with them to provide solutions
